IE Real Estate
Ibis Egozi
I’ve lived in Miami Beach for over 25 years. I know this city the way you know a person you love, its rhythms, its contradictions, and its beautiful evolution. To me, this familiarity isn’t just a selling point, it is my reality.
My first chapter was written in the luxury industry, overseeing sales across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US for brands that set the global standard. That world taught me the art of discretion and how to hold every detail to the highest level of execution. I brought that mindset to real estate, and it turned out to be the perfect training for what I provide today: Real Estate Redefined.
Originally from Peru, I have lived in the UK, Germany, and Asia. I’ve spent a life navigating different cultures and markets, a background that, combined with being fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, shapes how I listen and how I read a room. These skills allow me to connect naturally with people from every corner of the world.
Beyond the office, I am deeply rooted in this community. I attend city meetings and care deeply about our architecture and neighborhoods. While some have suggested I run for City Commissioner, for now, I find my balance on a yoga mat. Yoga is my anchor, it is where I find the calm and clarity that allow the best solutions to surface.
I also co-manage short-term rentals, a natural extension of my work with investors. It is held to the same simple standard: if it is worth doing, it is worth doing right.
Whether I am exploring a destination, practicing yoga, or navigating a complex local negotiation, I go in fully committed. It is truly the only way I know how to do anything.
